I. Detailed Process Flow Analysis

1. Raw Material Preparation and Feeding

Aluminum Cans (UBC): Typically bundled waste beverage cans, with extremely low density, containing paint, internal coatings, and small amounts of plastic and iron rings.

Aluminum Profiles: From doors, windows, curtain walls, etc., with anodized film or spray coating on the surface, possibly containing steel (screws, angle brackets) and rubber strips.

Pre-processing: Manual rough sorting is recommended to remove large non-aluminum impurities (such as plastic parts and wood).

2. Core Shredding and Crushing Process

Equipment: Twin-shaft shear shredder.

Purpose: To reduce the volume and crush large, long aluminum profiles and bundled aluminum cans into irregular small pieces (20-80mm), creating conditions for subsequent efficient sorting.
