Repeating: Steps 1 and 2 are repeated, with the operator adding more material and running the compression cycle until the chamber is full of densely packed material. Ejection (Tying): When the chamber is full, the operator prepares the baler for tying. This involves placing wires or straps through channels in the chamber sides. A final compression cycle compacts the material to its tightest form, and the operator secures the bale by tying the wires or straps together. Bale Removal: The ram retracts fully, and the safety gate is opened. The finished bale is then ejected, usually by tilting the machine forward or using a built-in ejector ram, and can be moved with a pallet jack.
