Regarding the drilling or not, it depends on the type of baler, for vertical baler machine, most of vertical baling machine needs drilling and bolting, because it is vertical type, and weight center of the machine is high; and for horizontal baler, it no need foundation, drilling and bolting, just put it on horizontal cement ground with thickness more than 150mm.

We use China Standard grate steel Q235 to assemble the main frame of the baler machine, and we also can make the machine per your requirement.

> How long is the non-load cycle time of Y81Q Used Metal Scrap Baler?
The single non-load cycle time is approx. 60-120 seconds, and we can make it faster or lower according to your requirement, such as 30 seconds one bale, or 180 seconds for one bale.
