A used clothes baler compresses second-hand garments and textile waste into compact bales for easier storage, handling and transportation.Inspect the machine, hydraulic oil level, power supply, doors and safety devices before operation.Place baling straps or wires in the designated slots according to the manufacturer’s instructions.Load sorted clothes evenly into the compression chamber. Do not include metal objects, batteries, pressurized containers or hazardous materials.Close and securely lock the chamber door.Start the hydraulic compression cycle and add more clothing if additional filling is required.Hold the material under pressure until the desired bale density is achieved.Switch off or pause the press, then securely tie the compressed bale.Retract the platen, open the door and use the bale-ejection system to remove the finished bale.Clean the chamber and inspect the machine after operation.
