We have two method to fix the wear steel plate, one is welding the wear plate on the baler, and another type is changeable, whichever type of fixing, we can do it per your special requirement.

The baler has automatic control and manual control, the manual control is used to debug the machine when the baler machine arrived at your place, and the machine will run in automatic control when normal working, and that will be more efficient in automatic control.

The warranty time is 14 months, in another word, 1 year from date of shipping the machine, also you can pay extra cost for long warranty time such as 24 months or 36 months.

For small baler , we will not disassemble it when shipping, you just need to add hydraulic oil and connect to the electrical power, then operate per user manual, that is OK, for bigger one, we will make detail marks when disassembling the machine, you just only need to assemble the machine per marks, that is alright; and you can contact with our technical team when you have any problems.

The single non-load cycle time is approx. 60-120 seconds, and we can make it faster or lower according to your requirement, such as 30 seconds one bale, or 180 seconds for one bale.
