The common maintenance issues for the baler listed as below: 1. Clear the area of bale out every day, Inspect if have materials on the limit switch, if yes, please clear the materials, Clear the area around the machine every day, Inspect if any oil leakage from connects or cylinders.; 2. Week Inspection, Inspect all the connects and watch if loose or not, if loose, please tighten the connects timely, Inspect all the screws and watch if loose or not, if loose, please tighten the screws timely，Inspect if have materials on the piston rod, if have, please remove timely, Inspect the oil level and watch if it is on the indicated position; 3.Annual Inspection, Filter the hydraulic oil within 6 months from the beginning of the machine running, Change or filter the hydraulic oil every year, Clear the oil tank totally every year, Use sieve with more than 100 mesh when filtering the hydraulic oil.

The pressing force of the baler is different depends on different models, smaller machine has small pressing force, and bigger machines has big pressing force; and it is also determined by the material characteristics and bale density, our technical team will figure out and calculate the pressing force according to your requirements.

The baler capacity ranges from 300kg per hour to 30000kg per hour, different models has different capacity, small models has small output capacity, and bigger one has big capacity accordingly, we also can customize the baler according to your special requirement.

The pump flow of the baler is different depending on different types and models, in a word, small model of baler machine will have small pump flow, and bigger baler will use bigger pump flow accordingly, and we also can customize the pump flow according to your special requirement such as high output capacity and high density of the bale after pressing.

Normally speaking, for the cooling of baler, we have 2 types of cooling system, one is water cooling, this cooling system is economical and easy to achieve cooling effect, and another type is industrial chiller which have better cooling effect than waste cooling, oil chiller cover small space, but price is just a little high than water cooling.

The wall thickness of the baler is different, big pressure force will use more thick wall thickness, and will use small thickness of steel plate for small pressure force accordingly, for example, 100tons pressure force will use 12mm, and for 315tons or more big pressure force will use 30mm or 50mm, except the wall steel plate, there is also a 12mm thickness of wear plate which is lined inside of the wall steel plate to promise the baler machine durable and stable.

The payment of the baler is 30% TT as deposit, and 70%TT balance paid 7 days before shipment, and LC is also acceptable, it is flexible depends on amount of the baler machine.
