Working Principle (Cycle):The operation follows a straightforward cycle: 1> Loading: The baling chamber door is open. Loose scrap is loaded into the chamber, typically by a conveyor, grab, or manually; 2>Charging: The door is closed and securely locked via hydraulics; 3>Compression: The main hydraulic cylinder(s) are activated, driving the platen forward and compressing the scrap against the opposite wall or a moving head. The system operates at very high pressure (typically 200-500 Bar / 3000-7000 PSI); 4>Bale Ejection: After compression, the door is unlocked and opened. An ejection cylinder (or the main cylinder in a "downstroke" design) pushes the finished bale out of the chamber.
