Clear the area of bale out every day, Inspect if have materials on the limit switch, if yes, please clear the materials, Clear the area around the machine every day, Inspect if any oil leakage from connects or cylinders.; 2. Week Inspection, Inspect all the connects and watch if loose or not, if loose, please tighten the connects timely, Inspect all the screws and watch if loose or not, if loose, please tighten the screws timely，Inspect if have materials on the piston rod, if have, please remove timely, Inspect the oil level and watch if it is on the indicated position; 3.Annual Inspection, Filter the hydraulic oil within 6 months from the beginning of the machine running, Change or filter the hydraulic oil every year, Clear the oil tank totally every year, Use sieve with more than 100 mesh when filtering the hydraulic oil.
