The wall thickness of the baler is different, big pressure force will use more thick wall thickness, and will use small thickness of steel plate for small pressure force accordingly, for example, 100tons pressure force will use 12mm, and for 315tons or more big pressure force will use 30mm or 50mm, except the wall steel plate, there is also a 12mm thickness of wear plate which is lined inside of the wall steel plate to promise the baler machine durable and stable.

> Does the installation of Automatic Aluminium Scrap Compactor Machine require drilling and bolting into the floor or can stand without drilling?
Regarding the drilling or not, it depends on the type of baler, for vertical baler machine, most of vertical baling machine needs drilling and bolting, because it is vertical type, and weight center of the machine is high; and for horizontal baler, it no need foundation, drilling and bolting, just put it on horizontal cement ground with thickness more than 150mm.
