Generally speaking, there are two packages of the machine, wooden package, and plastic films, wooden package is mainly for small machine with LCL shipment, and plastic films mainly for big machine with FCL shipment before loading into the container, and we can meet your special package requirement if you have any.

We use China Standard grate steel Q235 to assemble the main frame of the shear machine, and we also can make the machine per your requirement.

For small shear , we will not disassemble it when shipping, you just need to add hydraulic oil and connect to the electrical power, then operate per user manual, that is OK, for bigger one, we will make detail marks when disassembling the machine, you just only need to assemble the machine per marks, that is alright; and you can contact with our technical team when you have any problems.

We use china famous best oil pump supplier in China, the pump is durable and stable; also we can use other brands such as Rexroth, Parker, Yuken brand per your requirements.

Yes, the machine has PLC automatic control, easy to operate and more efficient, and also has manual control, easy to debug and maintain the shear machine.
