It's a machine that uses high-pressure hydraulic force to compress loose, often oily, metal chips (swarf) and turnings into dense, dry briquettes (pucks or logs). This process simultaneously recovers valuable cutting fluid (coolant or oil) and reduces the volume of the scrap.


How It Works (The Process)

Loading: Loose chips are fed into a large charging chamber, either manually, by conveyor, or automatically.
