What is voltage of your machine?

For the voltage of the machine, no need to worry about that, we will customize the motor per your local voltage and frequency, and the important thing that the baler machine must need 3 phases electrical power supply.

What is warranty for your machine?

The baler machine is covered by a one-year warranty, excluding wear parts. During the warranty period, if any issues arise with key components of the baler, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. However, wear parts are not covered under the warranty. For the machine, we offer lifelong technical support and provide wear parts at cost price.

What is warranty time of the your machine?

The warranty time of the baler machine is 12 months normally, also can you can pay extra fees for more times such as 24 months or 36 months, within the warranty time, we are responsible for the baler machine except the spare parts.

What is trade term of your machine?

Trade term of the baler machine are FOB, CIF, CNF, these 3 terms, and it is flexible if you have any other terms for suggestion.

What is package of your machine?

Generally speaking, there are two packages of the machine, wooden package, and plastic films, wooden package is mainly for small machine with LCL shipment, and plastic films mainly for big machine with FCL shipment before loading into the container, and we can meet your special package requirement if you have any.

What is after-services for your machine?

We provide training and installation services, we can guide you how to install, test, use, operate and maintain the baler machine for free, which also include video support, email services, and in a word, we can get everything done.
