What is cooling system of Metal Scrap Baler?

Normally speaking, for the cooling of baler, we have 2 types of cooling system, one is water cooling, this cooling system is economical and easy to achieve cooling effect, and another type is industrial chiller which have better cooling effect than waste cooling, oil chiller cover small space, but price is just a little high than water cooling.

What is wall thickness of Metal Scrap Baler?

The wall thickness of the baler is different, big pressure force will use more thick wall thickness, and will use small thickness of steel plate for small pressure force accordingly, for example, 100tons pressure force will use 12mm, and for 315tons or more big pressure force will use 30mm or 50mm, except the wall steel plate, there is also a 12mm thickness of wear plate which is lined inside of the wall steel plate to promise the baler machine durable and stable.

What is payment term of Metal Scrap Baler?

The payment of the baler is 30% TT as deposit, and 70%TT balance paid 7 days before shipment, and LC is also acceptable, it is flexible depends on amount of the baler machine.

As for the price of the baler, first, you need to know what kind of baler machine will you need according to your hour or day output capacity, further more, you also need to consider the future capacity, finally you will figure out which model of baler will be suitable for you, and we will send you details quote and layout according to your existing and future output capacity.

Yes, of course, we not only take videos of baler running before shipment, we will provide a production plan for you before manufacturing, and take videos, photos of the process of manufacturing according to the production plan to let you know the status of producing baler process clearly.

By now, we just have a agent in Korea Country;and for other countries, we don't have agent, we directly export the machine to our end users, this way, the price will be lower, and end users can get the baler with lower price than from agent.
