Do you have a customer case of your machine in our country for our reference?

We have exported our product to customers over the world, and one issue that we all signed the secret agreement with our customers, and then are not wiling to let other customers to visit their machines, as we all know, Peers are enemies; we have many videos and photos of baler and have many customer sites in China market near our factory, you are warmly welcome to our factory or to our customer's site to see the baler running personally.

Do you provide video support of your machine?

Yes, of course, we are providing the video support which includes installing the baler, debugging, testing, operating the machine, we also can guide you to replace parts and maintenance via video call.

Can you supply the relevant documentation for your machine when shipping?

Yes, of course, we surely supply the documentations for the baler when shipping such as packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin or other documentations which you will need,as for special documentation, we will try our best to apply from our government or other officials.

Can i request a free test for your machine Before order?

Surely no problem, you can send some materials which you want to handle to our factory to test your materials, or we can find some materials which are similar to your materials, will take videos and photos when testing and then send the videos/photos to you for your inspection.

Can I get a local engineer for your machine installation?

As for the installation, you can find a local engineer to install the machine, we will make detail marks on the machine, and we have video, photos and user manual for the machine, you just need to install the machine per the marks and user manual when machine arrived at your site, that is OK; Further more, we can send our engineer to your place to help you to install the machine, you just need to pay salary for our engineers, and you can contact with us any time if any problems, our after sale team will give you suitable solutions accordingly.

Are you a manufacturer or a trader of your machine?

We are true manufacturer of baler machine, we have our own technical team, R&D team, have many processing machines,we can have a video meeting to tour our factory, and also you are warmly welcome to visit our factory personally.

How about shipping fees for your machine?

The shipping fees are different, it depends on what kind of baler will you need and which destination port will arrive at, for small baler, will use LCL Shipment and the shipping fees will be lower; for big baler machine, will use full container, the fees will be higher, In a word, the shipping fees are different according to different destination port and different model of baler, will send you details shipping fees after checking with our forwarder, or you can check with your own forwarder.

How do you guarantee the safe and secure delivery of your machine?

We are committed to implementing standardized export sea freight packaging processes for exported machinery and equipment. This includes: protecting metal surfaces with VCI rust-proof material, initial wrapping with high-strength stretch film, and after packing, professional internal container securing and filling, along with sufficient desiccant to control humidity. Clear safety markings are used throughout the process to ensure proper handling at every stage of loading, unloading, and transportation, ultimately delivering the goods to you safely and intact.

How much would your machine, its installation, and training cost me?

The installation and training cost will not be so much, for some small baler, the machine will not be disassembled when shipping, so you just need to put it on the horizontal ground, connect to the power supply and add hydraulic oil, that is OK, for big baler, we will make good marks when disassembling when shipment, you just need to assemble the baler per marks, then install, operate and maintain the baler per user manual, that is OK, and let us know if you have any problems when installing, operating and maintaining.
