Does Metal Scrap Baler need any foundation installation?

For small baler, just put it on the horizontal cement ground, that is OK, and for heavy duty baler, then need a foundation, we will send you a foundation drawing before you install the baler.

Does the installation of Metal Scrap Baler require drilling and bolting into the floor or can stand without drilling?

Regarding the drilling or not, it depends on the type of baler, for vertical baler machine, most of vertical baling machine needs drilling and bolting, because it is vertical type, and weight center of the machine is high; and for horizontal baler, it no need foundation, drilling and bolting, just put it on horizontal cement ground with thickness more than 150mm.

Does Metal Scrap Baler have PLC control?

Yes, the machine has PLC automatic control, easy to operate and more efficient, and also has manual control, easy to debug and maintain the baler machine.

Are the interchangeable wear plate installed on Metal Scrap Baler?

Yes, the wear steel plate is changeable, you can easily change it when which wear plate is going to change, and we also can weld the wear plate directly, because this way, it is durable ans stable.
