We provide pre-sale service, in-sale service and after-sale services, for pre-sale service, we will let you know details of the baler before order, and will let you know every details of baler manufacturing for in-sale service, provide installing, commissioning, debugging, testing and maintaining for the baler after arrived at your site.

What kind of payment method do you accept for your machine?

We offer secure and flexible payment terms to facilitate a smooth transaction. Our standard accepted methods are: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer/Bank Wire): This is the most common method. We typically structure it as follows: 30% down payment with the purchase order.70% balance payment before shipment; L/C (Letter of Credit) at Sight: We accept irrevocable Letters of Credit issued by a reputable bank. All charges are for the applicant's account.For established business partners, alternative arrangements such as a D/P (Documents against Payment) may be considered upon credit review. We will be pleased to discuss and specify the agreed-upon method in our Proforma Invoice for your convenience.

What are the power requirements for your machine?

For the power requirement of our baler machine, 3 phases power supply is necessary, and for thickness of wire, it depends on how many kw will the baler machine use, you need to prepare the wire per our engineer's suggestion.

What are all the skills required to operate a your machine manufactured by DerShan?

No need special skill even if you know nothing about the baler just read the user manual carefully before installing, debugging and operating the baler machine, and do step by step per the user manual, if you have any questions, feel free to contact with us any time, our technical teams will help you to solve any problems about the baler machine.

What are the service requirements for the your machine?

What is the electricity supply of your machine needed, single or three phase?

The electricity supply of the baler is 3 phases, for the voltage, we can customize the motor voltage per your local voltage.

What is the delivery time of your machine?

The delivery time of the baler is different according to different models, and also according to our production plan, any way, we will try our best to finish the machine as early as possible, and deliver the baler to your site on time.

What is warranty term of the your machine?

Within the guarantee period, in the event of any malfunction caused by the quality of the commodity, we provide free components for replacement. Wear parts are exclusive from this warranty. We also provide technical support for the whole lifespan of the machine.

What is lead time of your machine?

The lead time is various according to different models, generally speaking, it is approx. 30 days, and will be longer with bigger models, and shorter with small models, we will work overtime if you need the baler machine urgently.
